Projects are split into two payments: 50% upfront to reserve the project, and 50% on delivery.

Q: Why is the price a starting price?

The packages provide a clear starting point, but every business is different. If your project needs additional applications, touchpoints or strategic work, I’ll scope those separately before we begin.

Q: Can I add things later?

Yes. If something becomes useful during the project, we can discuss it and agree on the additional scope and cost before moving forward.

Q: What happens after launch?

Every project includes 30 days of questions after launch. After that, Brand Care gives you up to one day of design help a month for $450, and you can cancel any time.

Q: How many rounds of feedback are included?

Both packages include two rounds of feedback. Additional rounds can be added if needed at extra fee.

Q: What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel before the start date, you get the booking payment back minus $200 for the preparation. Once work has started, you pay for the weeks done so far.
